Pro includes a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required and your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can buy extra cloud storage at any time. The Import & QR Label bundle is a separate one-time add-on for Pro and Enterprise: we help move your existing records in and print QR labels for your machines. Contact us for pricing. Extra storage is $1.99 a month for 10 GB or $4.99 a month for 50 GB.

Is it really free?

Yes. The free plan costs nothing, needs no card, and has no time limit or cap on units. It is for one person on one device, and your records stay on that device, so you back them up yourself. Free use will be ad-supported when ads launch; paid plans will be ad-free. When you want automatic backup, sync across devices or your crew on the same records, Pro is $4.99 a month with a 14-day free trial.

Can you print QR codes for me?

Yes. Pro and Enterprise customers can add our printed QR label service, where we print labels for your machines. You can also print your own QR labels for free from the app on any plan. The label service is part of an optional setup bundle with data import. Contact us for pricing.

What if I need help importing my data?

We can help. Pro and Enterprise customers can add our data import service, where we move your existing records into EquipLog for you. We confirm the data format and scope before starting. It is an optional setup bundle together with printed QR labels. Contact us for pricing.

Do I need an account?

Not to start. The free plan works on your device for one user with no account. But on the free plan your records exist only on that device, so you must back them up yourself. An account with Pro or Enterprise adds automatic cloud backup and sharing with your team.
