Device storage: Unlimited units means no fixed unit-count cap. The amount of records, photos, videos and documents you can keep locally depends on your device’s available storage. Cloud storage limits apply separately to paid plans.

Coming soon: The website for viewing cloud units is not available yet. It is planned for monthly and yearly subscribers. Ads are also planned; free local use will be ad-supported, while paid plans will be ad-free.

Import and printed QR labels: Pro and Enterprise customers can add a setup bundle: we help move your existing records into EquipLog and print QR labels for your machines. Contact [email protected] for pricing. We will confirm the data format and scope before proceeding.

Cloud file backup starts after you review your backup choices in the app. Local-only files need a separate backup. Storage add-ons cost $1.99/month for 10 GB extra or $4.99/month for 50 GB extra, billed separately even with a yearly plan. All prices are USD, plus applicable taxes.

Choose one optional storage add-on. Add-ons are billed monthly, separately from your base plan, and have no additional trial. We warn you as storage fills up and pause new uploads when it is full. No automatic overage charges or automatic file deletion after a downgrade.

Short answers to what people ask first.

Is it really free?

Yes. The free plan costs nothing, needs no card, and has no time limit or cap on units. It is for one person on one device, and your records stay on that device, so you back them up yourself. Free use will be ad-supported when ads launch; paid plans will be ad-free. When you want automatic backup, sync across devices or your crew on the same records, Pro is $4.99 a month with a 14-day free trial.

Do I need an account?

Not to start. The free plan works on your device for one user with no account. But on the free plan your records exist only on that device, so you must back them up yourself. An account with Pro or Enterprise adds automatic cloud backup and sharing with your team.

What if I have no signal?

Everything works offline. Records save on your device first and sync when you are back online.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. The device-only plan is free, with unlimited units. Pro starts with a 14-day free trial; a card is required and you can cancel before it ends.

Can my crew use it?

Yes. Pro includes up to 10 people on one plan, with admin, member and viewer roles, so you choose who can change records and who can only look. Adding someone is simple: invite them by email, they download the app to their phone and sign in, and they see all the same units you have added. Everyone works from the same up-to-date records. Enterprise is available for bigger teams.

What if I hit my storage limit?

Pro includes 2 GB of cloud storage shared by your whole organization. Service records take very little room, so storage is used mostly by photos, videos and documents. You can see how much you have used in the app, and we warn you as it fills up. If it fills, new uploads pause until you free up space or add storage. Nothing is deleted automatically. You can buy extra storage any time: 10 GB for $1.99 a month or 50 GB for $4.99 a month. Enterprise plans are set up with the storage your team needs.

Can you print QR codes for me?

Yes. Pro and Enterprise customers can add our printed QR label service, where we print labels for your machines. You can also print your own QR labels for free from the app on any plan. The label service is part of an optional setup bundle with data import. Contact us for pricing.

What if I need help importing my data?

We can help. Pro and Enterprise customers can add our data import service, where we move your existing records into EquipLog for you. We confirm the data format and scope before starting. It is an optional setup bundle together with printed QR labels. Contact us for pricing.

Can I get my data out?
